Ingredients

1 – 46 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice

2 cups rum

Ice cubes

1 liter, ginger ale, chilled

Garnish:  fresh raspberries, lemon slices, mint leaves

Preparation

Combine pineapple juice and rum; cover and chill 1 hour.

Fill glasses with ice cubes.  Pour chilled pineapple mixture over cubes; top each serving with 1/4 cup ginger ale.  Serve with a swizzle stick.
