vegetable beef soup

From my mom – thank you!

Ingredients

1 pound beef stew meat

2 bags frozen soup veggies

4 - 16 oz. cans beef broth

1 can – 16 oz. diced or crushed tomatoes

Spices of choice – salt, pepper, etc. 

Preparation Instructions:

Brown meat.  Add spices, broth, tomatoes and vegetables.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer until heated through. 

Our thoughts

Simple and easy.  Great to throw in the crock pot in the morning/afternoon for a delicious dinner.
