Family recipe
Ingredients
2 cups shredded, cooked white chicken meat
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of chicken soup, plus 20 oz. skim milk or water (2 soup cans)
2 (15 oz) cans great northern beans, undrained
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 package of white chicken chili seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar, or asiago, or parmesan cheese
Preparation Instructions:
In a saucepan, open all cans and mix together. Add onion and white chicken chili mix to taste. Stir well. Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle cheese on top when serving.

A delicious and protein-packed alternative to regular chili.
This is one of Micah’s favorite dishes that I make. It is also a dish that I get LOTS of compliments on and at least one person at the gathering ends up asking for the recipe.
